Community Cuddle Puddle

With the up spike in the use of mental health services in the last 3 years, it is clear that loneliness and the need for platonic touch is very real. We all experienced this when the ability to see and/or hug our loved ones was taken away.

Come join the Inland Empire's community Cuddle Puddle and make new, conscious minded friends.
Let's grow!

Cuddling has so many benefits -
* Improve your immune system
* Ease stress
* Bond with a friend or partner
* Help lift depressive episodes
* Reset your nervous system
* Lower your blood pressure
* Improve mood

A community 'Cuddle Puddle' is a way for those of us in need of connection to come together, supporting each other through platonic touch.

For those that have never attended, here's how it will go:
Male/female ratio is monitored so it stays balanced.
Cuddle only with those you’re comfortable with.

The doors will close at 3:15.
We will do an opening circle where I will share the group boundaries, and then each person is responsible for using their voice to express their individual boundaries (ex. where a person does not want to be touched, if you only want to cuddle with male or female identifiers or only with your partner, etc).

Depending on the size of our group, we might split into smaller cuddle pods.

This is a clothed event with platonic touch.

There is a $10 donation per person.
